Shipping & Returns

What’s your return and exchange policy?

We offer 30-day returns and exchanges on unused items in original packaging.

For defective or damaged items, please send us a photo or video to support@fidgee.com

We'll make sure you're taken care of — your satisfaction is our priority.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

What if I received damaged or incorrect merchandise?

In the event that you receive defective, incorrect or incomplete merchandise, please contact us right away so we can make it right. For faster assistance with a return or exchange claim, please email us at support@fidgee.com with your order number, contact information and photos documenting possible damages (if applicable). Please retain all items and packaging materials until your claim is resolved. If your replacement item is back ordered or out of stock, we'll notify you as soon as we have the estimated arrival date, or we may work with you to suggest a suitable replacement.

Orders

When will my order ship and how do I track it?
  • In-stock items are usually shipped within 3 business days.
  • Standard delivery takes around 7–15 business days, depending on your location.
    Tracking updates may take some time — we appreciate your patience!

Where do I leave engraving details?

If your item includes engraving, please enter your custom text (ideally within 15 characters)in the “Order Notes” box on this cart page.

If we don’t receive your engraving details or a responsewithin 15 days, we’ll ship the itemwithout engravingand include a smallfree giftas a thank-you.

Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

You do not need to set up an account to place an order. However creating an account allows you to store your shipping information, see order history, and view your product’s warranty information.Member functions will be added to the account page in the near future.
