When will my order ship and how do I track it?
- In-stock items are usually shipped within 3 business days.
- Standard delivery takes around 10–20 business days, depending on your location.

How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. US orders will take 5-12 business days to arrive.Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-14 days. In the future we will list the approximate time needed to get to each country.
Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
You do not need to set up an account to place an order. However creating an account allows you to store your shipping information, see order history, and view your product’s warranty information.Member functions will be added to the account page in the near future.
What if I received damaged or incorrect merchandise?
We offer 30-day returns and exchanges on unused items in original packaging.
